In verbal terms, Sharia Law refers to a water source, which is the source to which people who want to drink come, so they drink from it and fill their pails, and maybe bring their creatures to drink from it as well. The Arabs don't call a water source Sharia Law unless the water is flowing
without interruption and is visible and can be seen. Lisaan al-‘Arab (8/175). In shar‘i/ legal language, Sharia Law refers to the entire religion (Islam), which Allah has chosen for His retainers to bring them forth thereby from the depths of darkness into the light. It's what He has specified for them and what He has explained to them of commands and proscriptions, halaal and haraam.Whoever follows the Sharia Law of Allah, regarding as admissible (halaal) that which He has permitted and regarding as interdicted (haraam) that which He has banned, will triumph. Whoever goes against the Sharia Law ( laws) of Allah has exposed himself to godly revenge, wrath and discipline. Allah, may He be exalted, says ( interpretation of the meaning) “ Also We put you, (O Muhammad), on an ordained way (Sharia Law) concerning the matter (of religion); so follow it and don't follow the inclinations of those who don't know” (Quran 4518). Sharia law is disciplines and principles that govern the geste of a Muslim individual towards his or herself, family, neighbors, community, megacity, nation and the Muslim polity as a whole, the Ummah ( global Muslim community) and everyone under Islam’s governance. Also, Shariah governs the relations between communities, groups and social and profitable associations. Shariah establishes the criteria by which all social conduct are classified, distributed and administered within the overall governance of the state. Shariah conceives of the earth as a single‘ megacity’with different occupants — in ultramodern parlance, a‘ global vill.’In a land there can only therefore be one system which defines stylish how to cover these interests. This system can be called as the constitution, congress, the whole legal outfit. In Islamic state or democracy, the system is the Shariah law. Shariah law has two aspects Spiritual aspect and the practical aspect. To unfold these two types Shariah law has the following essential orders adab ( geste, morals and mores), ibadah ( ritual deification), i’tiqadat ( beliefs), mu’amalat ( deals and contracts) and‘uqubat ( corrections). The spiritual aspect basically is the Islamic faith and deification which are purely for Muslims to observe (ibadah and I’tiqad). The practical aspect still transcends everyone under the Islamic governance. Quran 2256 and Quran544/45 proves the two assertions.
